Juice for Synovial Joints

Conincidentally, Workstation, an article in yesterday's New York Times Jobs section, discussed the physical discomfort that arises from hunching, scrunching, crouching and slouching when using digital technology, especially mobile devices. The article provides useful suggestions for counterbalancing those postures, and although yoga is not mentioned, yoga is an excellent counterbalance for a body that spends time squiggled, twisted, slunched or flopped.
